At time of registration 50% of class fees are due unless otherwise noted at the class description. The balance is due 45 days prior to class start date or as noted in class description. I accept cash (of course), personal check, or credit card. I will hold your class seat for one week to allow mailed checks suffcient time to arrive. If payment is not received in time your seat may be released to another person.
If Glass Firenze cancels the class for any reason you will receive 100% refund by the method that you originally made your payment. If you need to cancel for any reason there are no refunds or studio credits. If you must cancel and we are able to fill your seat with another student you will receive a full refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee (it's a lot of extra work to fill an already filled seat) once the new students fees are paid in full.
Thank you for understanding that bringing a guest artist to Alaska takes advance planning and financial commitment. It is an expensive endeavor in which many aspects must be paid for well in advance. These strict policies are necessary so I may continue to provide us all with the wonderful experience of studying with the fantastic lampwork artists from around the world.
Important Note: You must also sign or have on file at the studio a "Liability Waiver," a copy will be provided for your review before class registration is completed.
