~ Customer Supply Storage ~
For your information: I am happy to keep your glass supplies (within reasonable volume) stored at the studio so you don't have to lug them back and forth from home as long as you utilize the studio at least every other month. If you expect to be abesent from the studio for over two months time please bring your supplies home. If you do not return to the studio for a consecutive 6 months I will contact you asking that you retrieve your glass supplies and if I don't hear from you after I've attempted to contact you, I will then donate the supplies left behind to one of the charitible events held at the studio like "Beads of Courage."
I of course reserve the right to change this storage policy as space and or a need for a policy change occurs. I will always do my best to notify those that have left behind their glass for extended periods of time but I also recommend taking your supplies from the studio at any time that you think you may not be able to return for a couple months.
I can not be held responsible for your supplies. You leave them to be stored at the studio at your own risk. Whether the risk is damage or theft. By leaving your supplies at the studio for 6 months without visiting the studio you automatically forfeit the supplies to be used as the studio sees fit. Again, I do my best to contact you before donating your supplies but after 6 months you risk the loss of the supplies.
At this time I consider a "reasonable volume" to be one tool box of supplies. Most people store much less than that and for those that visit the studio weekly I am happy to increase storage space as long as I have the space to offer. If you are ever in doubt of what you can store at the studio, just ask and we will work together on making it as convenient for you to work at the studio as possible via this free storage policy.
