Glass Storage - Sunspot Creations or SBS Jim and Cindy at Sunspot are who I bought my smaller glass storage pieces from. The fence posts are found at their local Home Depot but no where at ours in Alaska. As of this listing 9-4-09 I'd heard that Home Depot was going to stop carrying them all together so I don't know if that is true but contact Sunspot Creations if you'd like some. They travel a lot in the summer so don't be surprised if it takes a little bit to receive a reply. The larger storage square tubes I use are downspouts from Spenard Builders. SBS's version are nice and sturdy. I've found the Hm Depot/Lowes versions to be flimsy.
Glasscaster - Podcasts Firelady's, Marcie Davis, produces very interesting recorded and videoed interviews with today's Glass Professionals. Another wonderful resource!
ISGB - International Society of Glass Bead Makers The Society of Glass Beadmakers (SGB) was formed in 1993 by a small group of American beadmakers brought together by an exhibit of contemporary glass bead artists at The Bead Museum in Prescott, AZ.
Lampwork Etc. Online Lampworkers Forum full of great people happy to help, used supplies for sale in the Garage Sale, Vendor Sale Announcements, Safety Help, Tutorials, and just about everything Lampworking related.
My Web Designer - Design and Detail Ginny at Design and Detail has the wonderful ability to take your ideas, clips of things and help you find your perfect web site presence for your site. I use Ginny to design my ad banners, business cards, all sorts of things because she does it all better than I do!
Online Selling - Art Fire I hear good things about Art Fire from other sellers but have not used them myself. They continue to improve their web site but I still prefer Etsy's site design and layout. Still... something worth exploring.
Online Selling - eBay... Here is the link to where others list their handmade lampwork beads on eBay. A great place to browse for inspiration, studying what sells for what, and who is selling.
Online Selling - Etsy!! - My Favorite Finding your buying audience on Etsy can take some time but I love this site full of wonderful handmade items. The shops are professional, they advertise and help promote, and they have lots of online tutorials on how to make Etsy work for you. I think an Etsy store is a great low cost option to opening your own web site.
Photography - Table Top Studios There are many cheaper options with photography but my "Table Top Studio" turned me, who knew nothing about how to create a good photo of my work, into a pretty darn good photographer. Their kits really do pay for themselves.
